Regular monthly meetings; monthly feedback sessions for trainees and their supervisors

What you will do
- You will complete the International Graduate Trainee Programme, which is designed to teach you how the banking business works from scratch.
- The programme will take you through a customized path that matches your profile and interests. Training will take place in the cities of Vienna, Graz, Klagenfurt, Ljubljana, Rijeka, Zagreb and Split.
- You will network with key employees in our business units in Austria, Slovenia and Croatia.
- You will benefit from the courses at the BKS Bank Academy on general banking, corporate banking and the securities business.
- You will be trained for a future position as a specialist or customer advisor at BKS Bank.
- Your training will include supporting various projects at the specialist departments.
What you bring to the company
- An outgoing personality.
- Fluent knowledge of languages (German, English, Slovenian and/or Croatian).
- An academic degree in banking, finance, business administration, economics or business informatics.
